We offer Psychotherapeutic Services for individuals, families and couples. We provide a supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe enough to explore whatever it is that is an obstacle to reaching their goal. That goal might be improving their relationship with their spouse, partner or family member, decreasing their anxiety, relief from depression, improving or changing their career, decreasing stress or anything which improves the quality of their life. Often the obstacle to these goals is unidentified feelings or patterns. While undetected, these feelings and patters can severely limit one's potential and ability to enjoy life. The therapeutic process enables one to identify and address these feelings and patterns and then learn new ways to deal with them so they don't impede the individual's ability to live a full and satisfying life. While initially most people cannot identify this process on their own, through therapy, clients begin to become aware of their feelings and patterns so that in the future they are empowered to address them on their own.

Our work with our clients is interactional, respectful, warm, experiential, and instructive. We seek to assist our clients in a process whereby they gain insight, and obtain the knowledge and the tools necessary to heal, grow, and create changes in their relationships and their personal and /or professional lives. During this process our clients feel heard and understood. They have hope again and start creating the changes in their lives that they have been seeking.

Our Psychotherapeutic Services are targeted to meet our clients' individual needs. According to the nature of the presenting concern and the client's situation, the treatment modality is selected. Clients can be serviced through Individual, Couple, Family and/or Group Therapy. The individual treatment attends to the client's life context. It focuses on understanding the symptoms present in the context of their situation that may contribute to maintaining the "stuckness" and dissatisfaction they are experiencing and allows them to move forward to the quality of life they are seeking.
